As a Registered Psychotherapist and Ontario Certified Teacher, I live and work on unceded Anishinaabe & Algonquin lands that are more commonly known to settlers as Muskoka & the Madawaska Valley. I offer in person therapeutic opportunities in Muskoka & the Madawaska Valley as well as virtual sessions throughout Ontario.
I believe in both structured and unstructured therapeutic opportunities that draw from Parts work, Creative Arts & Nature Activities and Mindfulness. I am also certified to offer FLASH Zentangle trauma therapy.
