Meet virtually, one-to-one, with a team member. You will be heard, valued, respected, and engaged in the process. Standard sessions are 60 minutes.
Family Support
Get support to facilitate difficult conversations with your family or to better understand the results of a psychiatric diagnosis. Standard sessions are 90 minutes.
Coaching & Consultations
Support for adults (parents, guardians, teachers, coaches, etc.) who are concerned about a child or youth in their care but are unsure how to help. We’ll offer ideas, strategies, and resources. Standard sessions are 90 minutes.
